This document describes how VinSuperNaturel ApS (“VinSuperNaturel”, “us”, “our”, “we”) collects and processes information about you on VinSuperNaturel ApS 'website (the “Website”).

We only collect personal data in cases where this should be relevant to us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activity at VinSuperNaturel ApS.

We will only store your personal data as long as we are either subject to a legal obligation to do so, or as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which they were collected.

The data controller

The data responsible for the collection, processing and use of your personal information on the website is VinSuperNaturel ApS.

Information we collect and purpose

If you wish to purchase and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to be able to offer you our services.

VinSuperNaturel ApS collects and processes your personal data when you do the following:

- Creates an account on our website

- Completes a purchase of our products

- Sign up for our mailing list for industry tastings (for wholesale customers only)

- Sign up for our mailing list with updates on new inventory from a manufacturer

We only record information that you provide yourself, e.g. your name, address, telephone number, email address, method of payment, which products you buy, your wishes for delivery or other remarks, as well as information about the IP address from which you make your order.

The purpose is to be able to deliver the products you have ordered and otherwise fulfill our agreement with you, including being able to administer your right of complaint. We also process information about your purchases to comply with legal requirements, including for bookkeeping and accounting. Upon your purchase, the used IP address is registered to take care of our interest in being able to prevent fraud.

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) of the EU Personal Data Regulation. 1, letters b, c and f.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

What is the information collected used for?

We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product that you have purchased from us. We will collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.

Your information about name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and your delivery requests will be passed on to the carrier who delivers the purchased goods to you.

When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment settlement and fulfillment of the agreement entered into. Upon completion of payments, some of your data will be passed on to QuickPay, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.

If you have specifically requested it on our website, we use your e-mail address to send out e-mails with updates on new industry tastings (for wholesale customers) or updates on new inventory from a manufacturer (for private and wholesale customers). You can sign up for and unsubscribe from these mailing lists at any time by contacting All emails also contain a link to unsubscribe.

Text marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.

Data processors

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

We use external partners for the technical operation of the website and the provision of services in connection with the use of the site. These external suppliers are data processors and in some cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors. The data processors may not use the information for any purpose other than to fulfill their agreement with us. They are also subject to the confidentiality of this data. Written data processor agreements have been entered into with all data processors who process personal data on our behalf.

We have our website at Shopify. Shopify has access to personal data that you provide on our website to the extent this is necessary for the website's functionality as well as to be able to implement services that the user has expressly requested.

Shopify has entered into a sub-data processor agreement with Stipe for the purpose of ensuring the functionality of the payment module. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored exclusively for payment settlement and fulfillment of the agreement entered into and is NOT stored on Shopify's servers after the transaction has ended.

Shopify also stores customers' e-mail addresses if consent has been given for this to be used for sending mails with updates on new inventory from a manufacturer.
Customer information used in connection with the creation and processing of orders, which is subsequently stored to comply with legal requirements for bookkeeping and accounting (including name, address, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number and purchase history) is stored on servers at the company Shopify.
Your rights
As the registered person, you have a number of rights, which we must ensure fulfillment at all times. You have the right to request us the following:
- To access and correct your personal data
- To have personal data deleted
You have the right to submit a complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency at any time regarding our processing of your personal data. Complaints can be submitted via a form to the Danish Data Protection Agency

Deletion of personal data
Information collected in connection with your subscription to our mailing lists will be deleted when your consent to receive mails via mailing lists is withdrawn, unless we have another basis for processing the information.
Information collected in connection with purchases you have made on the website will in principle be deleted 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which you have made your purchase. However, information can be stored for a longer period of time if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, e.g. if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, or if storage is necessary for us to meet legal requirements or process complaints. Accounting material is stored for 5 years to meet the requirements of the Accounting Act.

We have implemented necessary security measures to ensure that personal information does not come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons or is misused. This applies to both personal data in electronic and physical form.
Only employees who have a real need to access your personal data to perform their work have access to it.
